General Terms and Conditions.
Vilcon reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit/debit card prior to your arrival. We do not charge your credit card unless you book a “non-refundable stay.” Your credit card is only used as a guarantee for your reservation. If you use a debit card for your booking, your bank will reserve the amount for 30 days. If you wish to release the funds before the 30 days have passed after your stay, you must contact the hotel directly with your reservation number, and the hotel will assist in releasing the funds.
Vilcon, through our payment provider, can notify your bank to release the amount, but only your bank can remove the reservation of the amount.
Debit cards include Visa Electron, Maestro, or MasterCard Direct.
Corporate cards issued inside or outside the EU/EEA as well as private payment cards issued outside the EU/EEA will incur a fee, which will appear on your receipt. The fee rate will depend on the type of payment card and where it is issued. For American Express, all transactions are subject to a fee.
All prices are per room per night and include service and 25% VAT. Note that some offers cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.
Reservations made on our website can be changed by contacting the hotel directly. Any changes are subject to potential price increases.
Room Details:
Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure.
All rooms have a private bath/toilet, hairdryer, television, and minibar.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is served in the hotel's restaurant at the following times:
Weekdays: 06:30 – 09:30
Weekends & Holidays: 08:00 – 10:30
Late Arrival:
If arriving later than 18:00, please contact the reception on the day of arrival to receive the key code.
In Case of Cancellation:
If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having to cancel your stay, cancellation can be made under the following conditions:

Under 5 rooms:
- Up to 2 days before arrival: Free of charge
- After that: 100% of the first night

Over 5 rooms:
- Up to 1 month before arrival: Free of charge
- Up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation
- Up to 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total reservation
- After 2 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation
